Paribu Cineverse Marketing Team Lead Erman Gülgeç will take part in our conference as a keynote speaker.

 

After completing YouTube certifications in 2018, Erman Gülgeç began his career at WediaCorp, the official YouTube partner in Turkey. Starting his professional journey as a Channel Manager, he was later promoted to the positions of Digital Content Coordinator and subsequently Head of Digital, where he led multidisciplinary teams.

 

Throughout his professional career, he coordinated operations, creative, production, and social media teams while developing data-driven digital growth strategies. He managed the YouTube operations of major institutions and brands such as Turkish Armed Forces, Ministry of National Defense, Garanti BBVA, Rixos Hotels, Medical Park, Burger King Türkiye, CJ ENM TR, and TODTR.

 

In addition, he actively collaborated with television programs, production companies, and broadcasters to improve and scale digital publishing performance.

 

As of 2025, he joined CGV Mars Cinema Group as a Marketing Assistant Manager. Shortly afterward, he was promoted to the position of Marketing Team Lead in recognition of his successful performance.

 

Currently, under the umbrella of Paribu Cineverse, he continues to lead integrated projects in film marketing, CRM, digital media, performance advertising, and influencer marketing, focusing on enhancing box office performance.
